Fall 2024 Co-Parenting Group (Online Meetings)
Two-household families have unique emotional and practical challenges. Whether you have school-age or adult children, navigating the related logistics and feelings — even when collaborating with the most well-intentioned co-parent — can be complicated and trying.
This group, led by Certified Divorce Coach and Co-Parenting Specialist Carolyn Jacobs, provides a supportive environment to share about your co-parenting obstacles and conflict loops, connect with other parents who relate to your challenges, and create opportunities for a refreshed mindset. The varied perspectives provided in a group format offer an especially dynamic landscape to reflect on one’s situation. Participation in group support can serve as an enriching complement to one-on-one coaching or as a powerful way to cultivate change that is more affordable than individual coaching. Together we’ll pursue more clarity and a path toward more peaceful, productive co-parenting.
This group is not for pairs of co-parents to attend together.
The group is limited to 10 spaces.
The fee includes all five meetings (meetings cannot be purchased individually) and is non-refundable.
Meetings are 60 minutes, on Zoom, every other Thursday at 5pm PT starting September 26, 2024 — meeting dates: 9/26, 10/10, 10/24, 11/7 and 11/25. To convert 5pm PT to your time zone click HERE
Of course, schedule conflicts can arise for our participants. That said, a supportive environment is best fostered when members attend meetings regularly, arrive on time and stay until the end of the meeting.
In the week before the first meeting of this group, registered participants will receive an intake form via email with questions about themselves and their co-parenting circumstances. The information participants provide will be helpful to Carolyn to have before the first meeting, but the information provided in the intake form will not be shared with the group. What one shares with the group is entirely up to them.
